Whether you agree with him or not, he’s allowed to express his opinion. He shouldn’t lose his job, but he should be challenged over his views.

Should have lost his job the second he was convicted of racially abusing somebody.

He did IIRC! I believe people deserve second chances and I believe people can change. I don’t think people should be fired for an unpopular view however.
