Of course we can win without Foden.
But like I said, if we want the best chance of being successful, Foden should be starting (irrespective of who the opponent is). He's our best LW by a clear distance.
He's played more games because he's older. By the time Foden is Rashford's age, he'll have played more games and bigger games and won more (in fact he already has played more bigger games and has won more).
At this moment in time, Foden has more experience (albeit less games) than Rashford.
Just because you play more games, doesn't mean you have gained more experience.
If that was the case, then we should be playing Henderson, Rice and Phillips in midfield ahead of Bellingham. And I think you'd agree that would be a simply bonkers decision.
