Mowatt Official

Can anyone back me up in thinking he can play tomorrow? Hope I’m right but doubting myself now.

He will be eligible to play because he's officially signed. Probably won't start though, maybe bring him on with 10-15 mins to go.

Was the cut off lunchtime time today or Friday?

44.8.1 the appropriate forms for his registration or the transfer of his registration (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Temporary Loan Transfers) are submitted (in such manner as the League shall specify from time to time) to and received by The League by 12.00 noon on the day prior to the date of such match; and confirmed by the League to be in order

He can play.

But he's done the full pre season with West Brom, been on the bench and actually played a few minutes at the Riverside. So it's not like he's missed pre season etc.
Tactically, piece of p*ss too - stop opposition players and give the ball to Giles. Easy. 👍
I'd start him, bring McGree on for the last 15-20 mins when we are 4-0 up ..........😁

I cant understand why people want him signed on a 3 year contract. By all accounts he was badly injured against Stoke last season and hasnt regained the form or pace under Bruce he had with Barnsley.

Plenty of comments on WBA fan messageboard site referring to this. So we give him a year to prove himself. A wise move IMO.

Good signing. Get in. Is he shirt number 4 or 5?
4 or maybe 11. So more Tav replacement than howson cover. His best form was at Barnsley under Valerian Ismael playing a very high pressing style so given our abject display against QPR this is where I would expect to see him. Adding some dynamism out of possession in that left channel.
