Working outside wise, a roofer, bricky labourer, or something like a HV Cable digging gang, digging around cables with two layers on, and all PPE.
Being in the forces isn’t good either, ie being in a war zone where you can be in 2-3 layers, lugging loads of kit, gas mask on sometimes, helmet and getting shot at/ mortared/ bombed etc. Usually with crap supplies and no means of escape from the heat either, it’s ridiculous.
Loads of jobs inside like chefs/ welders/ steelworkers etc, but how these places don’t already have something to lower the heat is a joke.
Tyre manufactering - tyre press operator. The temperature of the environment cant be lowered as it effects the curing of rubber. The operative is head to toe in thick PPE due to the heat of the press that will strip skin off on open contact, protection v burns from melting and molten rubber, a facemask is worn, ear muffs worn due to the presses sounding like doors slamming in the depths of hell, and a half mask respirator worn due to hazardous fumes.
One Archie Stephens did this job for years which might explain why he was such a hard b****d. Football was easy.
