Turnbull was 3rd choice he only made the bench in the champions league for the homegrown player quota, Hilario was ahead of him as back up.

As for Jones and liverpool, Hodgson made - fair few bizarre signings there.

Seems like Pep i's doing the guy a bit of a favour. I think normally he would have kept him, but looks like steffen wants to play regularly in World Cup year. He's excellent with his feet and probably ideal for how Wilder wants to play. He obviously needs to increase his concentration levels and judgement a bit as his mistakes, albeit limited are obvious. Probably a win-win, but let's see how he performs for us over a period of time, before hailing him as the best thing since sliced bread! Was surprised he's already 27. That's the keepers sorted now. Seems Daniels is staying as no. 3 unless he finds a club.

Well he is massive and very well built so I would expect him to be dominant. He gets rave reviews from inside city and has done well for the USA. Obviously he’s great on the ball which is great for us, i think he just will be class at this level. I will be the first to hold my hand up if I get it wrong like I did with Watmore (thought he was gonna be a brutal signing) but I genuinely don’t see a negative to Steffen. Time will tell if I’m right or wrong.

Seems very relaxed too which is a good trait for a keeper.
 
Got to be honest: never heard of him. How do people have such strong opinions on a number 2 keeper who's barely played? Hope he's not one of those who's over-rated on FIFA or Football Manager so everyone thinks he's great.

Was one of the best keepers in the bundesliga couple years back. If you’re edersons back up you must be half decent
