Season's over, can I boo Connolly now?

I thought Bamba was going to thump him when he refused to warm up at half-time and just sat on the bench, which would have been the perfect end to his time here.

Good riddance. Utter waste of minimal talent. Can't see him getting another chance at this level.
 
It's hard to see where his career goes from here. Arrived at Boro under a cloud and hasn't shown much. I'm not sure how many years he has left at Brighton but they'll no doubt wanting rid of him.

Hopefully mr Scott has told his old mates at Norwich that he’s a star and they should be signing him as he’s out of our budget. 😎

I turned it off after the second went in and took the kids out instead. Hadn’t realised that had happened. Was Bamba raging at him?
 
He beat most of the fans to the station and I seen him getting jip off atleast 2. Tried to knock a phone out of one fans hands. He cut a lonely figure. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
I was on train after Bournemouth game with some Brighton fans and they were desperate for him to score so we’d sign him.

I realised only six subs were warming up. The coach (bald bloke, don't know who he is) was waving and shouting at the bench, and Connolly was just sat there talking to someone. Bamba started having a go and he eventually got up and strolled over to join them. When he finally got there, Bamba was clearly having a rant at him.

He’s not going to be using a food bank though, he’ll be okay
 
What was that horrendous murdering of Karanka's song all about for Connolly ?
It just about sums Connolly up that the only thing that got him a song was his off the field actions.
Brainless song for a clueless footballer.
The one consolation from today is I will never have to watch him ever again for Boro.
It sounds like there will be a few more in the same boat.

That today was a gutless, shameful performance.
I'd excuse Dijksteel, Howson and Tavernier from that description and they didn't play well.

No worse than Sporar, strange that he doesnt get any of the hate Connolly had despite being shocking 90% of his time here

At the same time though he hasn't proven to be the player we initially hoped he'd be.

This, he contributed far more than Connolly and if he hadn’t struggled with covid his form might not of dropped off and we might of been in the playoffs. Connolly contributed almost nothing.
