The lad tried hard enough, he just wasn't good enough.
Forgotten about already for me.

Not sure why anyone talks any pleasure in abusing footballers

He came, he ran around. He's just not that good. For some reason the manager played him in every game. Both Coburn and Balogun offered more but played less. None of tour strikers played consistently well, apart from perhaps Watmore.

No hard feelings - it's just that I'm glad to see the back of him.

I don't know how he ever became a Premier League footballer. Maybe one of the promoted League 1 teams will want him next - but I certainly cant see any mid table or better Championship side wanting him after his time with us.

Shoe in to score a hattrick against us next year.
