true. They are covered0 by Gibraltan law. I don't know the differences. I thought they had UK laws?

This government has made the unfair dismissal process very much harder and more expensive for individuals too.

I am not condoning sacking staff to replace them with unskilled labour but something needs to change when money is being lost at that rate.

More importantly if they’re as reported “foreign” who issued their work visas?
 
it is unbelievable that a company can sack on mass a load of UK workers and emply agency workers instead!
