Ah yes, bottom half to 6th in the space of three games against very poor sides. He's improved the side since he took over but let's not get carried away, Woodgate was doing a dreadful job.
Thankfully the injury crisis has forced him to pick Samba and Payero and play Crookes where he's effective, it's made him go for two up front and don't we look a far better team for it.
Without the crisis would we still be stumbling along with Fry in the side, McNair and Howson in midfield?
