She's right. They are a psych ops team for establishment billionaires. They are not a political party. Its astonishing that millions of class traitors would vote for a party that represents billionaires. 1% of research into tory prime ministers will show centuries of power families. Its astonishing that even one working class person would vote for a psych ops team who's job it is for them to "look over there". Millions of dumb working class tory voters. Such a lot goes into peoples choices more than that. It’s psychological and emotional, not logical and reasoned unfortunately.
This has become more of the case as society has generally prospered, since economics has ceased to be a matter of life and death for most.
So now it is much more about which tribe you feel you belong to.
The Tories are good at aspirational and they are good at provoking fear, which is something their voters are quick to respond to, rather than calm logical reasoning.

This is my view too. Of course they're fcuking scum. Look at the horrible laughing in the house of commons through the pandemic, look at the systematic movement of public money to their friends. Look at the way they cheered when nurses didn't get a pay rise, the way they lie every single day. Some of them are sickeningly awful.
There's nothing wrong with pointing these things out at all. We should all be pointing these things out.
The issue is whether or not its helpful in the context of getting votes. There's so much in-fighting within the opposition, not just in the party but amongst its supporters too. All the while, these crooks fill their bellies.
We need a change and we need to do anything to achieve it. I'd like to be proven wrong but I don't think this kind of thing helps attract the voters needed.

Raynor has to do whatever she must to get the issues as the talking point, not the words she used.
