Lots of anti-Marxists in Hungary

Because of a legal technicality. I’m seriously paraphrasing here but because it was non-binding it could not have been set aside which it otherwise could have been had it been binding. Simple as that.

And I have no idea as to the relevance of the rest of your post.
Just saying how it's annoying when you don't get what you want, and I believe another referendum would bring the same result, pretty straightforward really.

there is no relevance to the rest of the post, it's distraction that he can't defend his original stance

And I still don’t see the relevance.
The relevant point is that a significant number of the people that DID vote for brexit DIDN'T get what they wanted. They were promised, alluded and at times told in no uncertain terms that we would still have single market access on numerous occasions. There votes were stolen, it was undemocratic to use their votes for the exact opposite. But that was always the plan

The internet arguments are irrelevant.
You made a very badly worded proposition that could mean two vastly different things.

I've answered both possible interpretations, from my personal perspective.

I'm not sure what you're expecting on an internet forum designed specifically for discussion.

Do you think the referendum result should have stood despite the illegality of the leave campaign?

With hindsight, do you still think the leave campaign was justified in it's duplicity (ends justifying means)?

Do you think UK politics is in a healthy state?

My only stance is we're out move on, and if it was an illegal decision why was it allowed to stand. You can have the moral high ground, hope you don't get too lonely.

All that does is demonstrate a flawed understanding of how democracy works and where we currently are in terms of the Brexit process. Oh and I’ve already explained how and why the ‘result’ was left to stand, just a few posts up.

The referendum played no constitutional part of us leaving the EU. A parliamentary vote was taken. This could have been done at any time, whether there was or wasn't a referendum. The people didn't make the decision to leave; their elected representatives took the decision.

So we're all agreed were out regardless.
Do you think we spend too much money prosecuting crime because it's already been done?

Should murderers get a pass because their victims are dead regardless?

It's not even a moral stance. It's about the practicality of democracy. We've already seen how quickly our political representatives have moved away from the veneer of respectability to outright plunder of the UK. They can only do this because they've managed to convince people like you that nothing is wrong with bending the rules to get what you want.

What do you want to happen then, another referendum, turn the decision over, just rejoin?. Maybe you can form a political party and campaign on all three of the above just to make sure. As stated, enjoy the moral high ground,

If I can put it into a boxing match a bloke 18 stone (pro Remain spend) lost to a bloke 13 stone ( pro Brexit spend) they are arguing that the result should be cancelled because the 13 stone bloke wore red boots and the rules said white.
