My bet is you won't get a reply to that, or at least won't get an explanation why they still bang on about "masks don't protect the wearer", when it's nowhere near the main point, although there is still a secondary point that they do also still offer limited protection, which increases with the quality of the mask.When someone repeats a misconception that has been addressed since masks were mandated over 12 months ago I think condescension is entirely appropriate. Here's a picture that might help where words have obviously failed...
I've got no problem with condescension either if people can't understand the mask thing after a year, especially when they're trying to argue against people that do get it and have got it for a long time.
