I think there's a few people being disingenuous on this thread - putting erosion of worker's right solely on Brexit. The two aren't intrinsically linked. The fact we've left the EU doesn't automatically mean we now HAVE to remove workers rights.
Let's be honest - hypothetically supposing Corbyn's Labour or even Swinson's Lib Dems had won the seats to form a government in Dec 2019 does anyone really think they'd be ripping up workers rights? Or if, again hypothetically, it was possible to have an SNP government for the UK that they'd be doing it? Obviously not. This is entirely down to having the party that hate workers in government. Even if we had Starmer's Labour party in government now, there wouldn't be any suggestion that workers rights should erode.
It's this but in reverse. Covering your *rse by putting everything down to the vote you're still happy with and not the vote you regret ST.
