The virus seems to be following the same course everywhere it has occurred, with the exception of Japan on the face of it. So we really should expect some large issues here.
This might be a reason it hasn't spread. Have you seen where the UK is on the list?

That's reassuring. Not really. That's why they are already hinting at binning us old ones should they need to prioritise the beds.
Japan might be explained by the low testing, although they do have a population that is used to handling flu outbreaks, wearing masks etc. They are quite different socially to other countries and I think they have a much different healthcare system.
The maths on your attached chart on this post make no sense .. take a calculator out and do the numbers.

The figures in the chart seem OK to me. Which bit didn't you think was right?
(Divide population by number of tests to give a (test per capita figure). Then divide a million by test per capita figure to get test per mill of population).
Can you explain what you mean?
Scariest bit reading that is in Italy that young people are prioritised for ventilation, and explains the particularly high death rate as health system is on its kneesUnreported figure saying 20 critical, there was one critical case last week.
It's the number of people with it now - possibly kids who may not even show any symptoms - passing it on that will create the spike, they reckon next 2 weeks will be our peak... lets hope for a hot spell..
