Off to Genoa on loan as a sweetener in a transfer deal, with Spurs paying all his wages...

He's got to be on pretty much last chance before non leagueWill he ever grow up and change his attitude though.
Well maybe he or his agent should've checked that before signing? To be fair imagine coming off the back of a top class season getting a dream move and the moment you join the manager says he didn't sign you or want you.
I get it's a 3rd loan move he's onto now and a different manager in charge of his club, I actually think he'd suit spurs kind of football now, but they clearly hadn't planned squad wise to have him back this season.
He does need a strong manager though, who will put his arm around him and just make him feel loved and there's a prem player in there.
Most thanks for that goes to Steve Cooper who got that promotion winning season out of him and allowed us to capitalise on the valueHard pushed to name a better sale from Boro in 50 years of supporting us

Bit harsh on Davenport. He was excellent for Forest, decent for Man Utd...…and then he came to us.He's having a nice little tour, just another contractor who's fallen on his feet.
He's not the first and isn't going to be the last. Peter Davenport anyone?
