It is a pity that he didn’t do this last January, as with a half decent keeper we would have made the play-offs.

I he would've been trying for a 'keeper in January. He wanted Hendrick and Clark on loan as well so the left-side of defence and midfield had been identified as areas to improve. Interestingly, we've allowed Payero to leave so maybe we'll be bringing in another central midfielder in this window too.

Looking forward to seeing Steffen in action for us. Looking forward to seeing the sort of football we play TBH, which will obviously start with the goalkeeper. Exciting times.

Played like a quarterback spraying balls around. Was very impressed. Had abit of an aura about him maybe a little arrogance but it worked didn’t looked fazed at any stage even when we were under the cosh for the second half of the the first half.
