Those little things that annoy you. You know they shouldn’t and don’t know why they irritate you, but they just do.

Suppose I’ve got loads but one that has just appeared relates to watching footy on Sky. More specifically, watching Man Utd.

The commentators always refer to “Bruno Fernandez” rather than just Fernandez. What other Fernandez is there?! Sure, other players will also be referred to by their full name occasionally, but it’s the exception rather than the rule. Generally it’s Rashford or Ronaldo or whoever.

I notice the player himself has B. Fernandez on his shirt. Is there some sort of Cult of Bruno that we are being guided towards?

It bad enough having to sit through all Man Utd games ( I married a Manc so only have myself to blame ) but this winds me up!
