Did Mike Oldfields "Tubular Bells" get mentioned? Another outstanding prog concept album
Didnt they just play a piece not the whole song? Same with Cinema Show.Firth of fifth, Genesis, selling England by the pound, went to see them at Newcastle a few weeks ago, it worth worth the admission just for that track, poor old Phil Collins voice has gone though
Hoping love will last was the first Hackett track I ever heard, just after the release of Please Don't touch- Incredible bit of musicI've seen Steve live a couple of times since I was first knocked backwards by him at the Coatham Bowl playing "Spectral Mornings". My heart still explodes of the very notion of him playing great guitar while Randy Crawford sings.
The added bonus of Steve Hillage on guitar on that live performanceDid Mike Oldfields "Tubular Bells" get mentioned? Another outstanding prog concept album
