Yes they did. And you would never ever stop for an hour or more. That's the main lie. As is the "more then a diesel" one. So 2 big antiev lies there. Well done you.Did anyone say it wasn’t possible to drive 2000 miles in an EV?
Most people don’t want to have to stop every 200 miles for an hour and a half to charge up and pay more per mile than a diesel to do it though.
That's such a funny anti EV lie that one isn't it? All EV owners here the charger point queue lie and think "huh"Was it a 500 mile trip, and then, driving around looking for an empty charging point.
Come on own up, the range anxiety has mentally exhausted you hasn’t it.@The Ruthsayer : sure thing. I'm a bit tired after having just arrived home
How many charges, I bet you were bored sitting around waiting for your lump of plastic to charge up.... yet I managed to do a 2000 mile round trip this week.
Hmmm. Seems it IS possible. Who knew? With a car that has a shorter range and a slower charging speed than my last EV
Aye, mate. Come on.Are you on commission?
Actually come to think of it, more like 3 daysI've done 12000 miles in my X3 and in that time the total stoppage time for refuelling was about 1 hour
Versus probbaly a day for EV drivers
Not bored at all no. I think you think charging as way more frequent and way slwoer than it is in real life. That's OK. That's what the media is trying to believe. Hence me addressing this with realityHow many charges, I bet you were bored sitting around waiting for your lump of plastic to charge up.
Actually I don't care, you're boring me with your constant promos of leccy cars.
That makes no sense at all. Because I stopped twice for a bathroom break only. Every other time it was when I had to stopPeople are ignoring the elephant in the room , or the coffee in the service station. I've never seen a youtube review of a trip where the driver doesn't feel the need to take a coffee while the car is charging. Obv leccy in service station is extortionate but not as much as a latte that only comes in x large size for about a fiver. All these EV drivers getting away with it by not adding on all these extra costs to the charging total. £25 quid for leccy and 40 mins but actual cost £30 for stop
