Woodgate and Bournemouth

Looking at what he's got at Bournemouth and compare it to Boro I'd say having the right coaching staff will help him a hell of a lot.

However he would have needed to learn first hand at possibly knowing that and unfortunately that was at Boro.
 
Bournemouth certainly seem a better fit for him, largely due to the types of player available. I think it was quite clear to most on here that our squad wouldn't be capable of playing the style of football he wanted. The fact that some of our best performances in that style included players from the u23s just reiterate that point (they were either more used to playing that style already or more easily "moulded" than our first team players).
