Will Trump manage to delay court cases until election?

Doubt will go anywhere sadly as they've got a big majority in the Supreme Court. Ridiculous that they have judges with political leanings at all

That’s if SCOTUS agrees to hear his appeal. If they decline, which is probable, it’s still game on.
The Trump placements on the bench have to be extremely careful from now on. Clarence Thomas, looks like he might be in some trouble over expenses.

'The panel also questioned whether Trump’s position in 2024 was a reversal from 2021 at his second impeachment trial, when his then lawyers urged the Senate to acquit him because the justice department should decide if Trump engaged in insurrection over the January 6 Capitol attack'

Just unbelievable - literally

it really is

f*cking hysterical

He's potty, and Biden is done. Watch Michelle Obama swoop out of the clouds and stand if Trump becomes a threat.

How can it be that such a criminal moron can ever be considered for election for the most important job in the world? And then to only have an opponent that is clearly too old ?
The country that believes itself to be the pinnacle of democracy. How can a straight choice between these two represent democracy?
Giant Douche vs Turd Sandwich all over again.

The media causes this. We have limited choice in this country, too: a right wing party or a centrist party. Fringe parties are almost a wasted vote.
We need PR all over the globe. Get the leaders that are actually wanted and not the puppets we have now.

That election is really too close to call.
Mrs Obama should step in to remove the risk of Trump winning.

Trump realistically can only win the presidency via the electoral vote, which he lost to Biden in 2020. He's done very little to gain new supporters since then and if he runs on the anti-abortion ticket (which the GOP absolutely will even though it's proved disastrous for them historically) then he's toast.

All Biden has to do while campaigning (which the Dems haven't really started yet) is point out Roe v Wade and the majority of American women will vote for him. Biden could also legally point out that Trump is a serial sexual assaulter, though he won't do that for decorum reasons.

And yeah, I know people are going to say "but the bookies" but that's based on inaccurate at best and outright misleading at worst polls conducted through a very small selection of registered voters.

Biden is running to save democracy.
Trump is running to stay out of prison.

If you were an American citizen, who would you vote for?

Trump attracts mass votes from black and Latina communities so all those redneck women aren't going to vote for Biden just because of Roe v Wade.

Sorry what I meant to say is all the not brain dead women will vote for him.

As for your other point, black and latino voters make up a much smaller percentage of overall registered voters in the USA. Not that it's not an issue, but Trump winning those voters isn't going to swing the election massively to his side.
