Will Tier 4 change your NYE celebrations?

He was, thankfully! Although I bet there are a vast number of bell ends having parties up and down the country. They can't help themselves.
One of my neighbours, the same selfish tvvat who’s done what he wants since March, had someone come round last night after dark to put a marque up in his back garden. Him and his Mrs have spent most of the day back and forward to Tesco getting beer and Pringles.

We haven't gone out since the Millennium rip off and have stayed in every New Year since other than last year. We travelled back from France a year a go to the day and we spent the New Year with my brother in law in Cambridge.

This year will be like the majority of the others. The two of us having a cosy meal, cheeky bottle of Bordeaux and a little bit of Jools on the tele.

I have never really been one to celebrate the New Years Eve but I do like to go to the club to watch the comedian on New Years Day. Been a few years since I've done that.

Happy New Year to everyone.
Assume you mean the Eston and Notmanby? Same here, used to love NY day in there but haven’t bothered the last few years. We played Leeds on TV on NY day in 2010 I think it was, it was carnage!

I haven't been in there either for a few years, but in the day it was really good - Mike Cash was a really funny man and if I remember rightly, he stayed the night with Bri Cassidy and his family.

Theres no hope - thankful I dont live in the UK

I'm quite looking forward to it, me and the Mrs usually have the stress of finding somewhere to go, spending far too much money and not really enjoying it.

This year it will be the three of us me, the Mrs and our 11 year old. Our local pub is doing takeaways, so we've got our order in for some lovely food, got a Perfect Draught system for Christmas, so got a nice keg of Leffe chilling ready to go tomorrow.

We have also been to the supermarket today and bought some party poppers, silly glasses, hats and them things you blow and they make a funny noise.

One thing though no Jools Holland as the missus can't stand him😕
You won't miss much not watching Jools. Have you seen the line up. Tripe.

Report them, get the report in early so the cops have time to send someone round before midnight 👍

Newcastle did a big display, 6 simultaneously actually, from undisclosed locations so that people didn't gather to watch them, but everyone in the city could see at least one of the displays from their doorstep. We could see one and it was very good. They were themed with NHS colours and was a 'thank you' to staff, which I thought was a nice sentiment
