Will Liverpool go the whole season undefeated in the league?

I think they will, but suppose it could depend on if they keep going full strength once the league is wrapped up. But suppose the motivation will be trying to end the season undefeated and on as many points as poss.

Most likely, they are head & shoulders above everyone else & that includes Man City, who have been far too inconsistent
Liverpool just blitz teams away every week, Man City have been doing it in stages

I think Liverpool have had a lot of breaks going their way this season but the way they play, such high tempo, that they probably earn those breaks

Even when they haven’t been at their best, which has been a few times this season they have comfortably won games . They have had their fair share of luck aswell but you can argue they have earned it with the way they play. You can’t not like a team who goes outright to win in any game they play and that’s what they do.

I think it all depends on how quick they get the league won officially and how far they go in other Cup comps.

If they get to semi's of FA Cup and latter stages of CL then Klopp will surely have to rotate with fixtures every 3/4 days.

That could definitely hinder their chances...

Other than that, I think if he kept the same team fit until the end of the season then I don't see why not.

They're a well oiled machine which can't be stopped at the moment.

Completely agree

Yep, I think they'll be too strong for City too

When you think Man City, on paper, are the only team that can dent their chances of remaining unbeaten, if Liverpool stay as strong, team wise, they'll win at City, IMHO

Pep needs to have a long, hard think of who he needs to concentrate his next team building on, if he's good enough to mind, teams have beaten City this season too easy

Might end up being like Barcelona the season before last, undefeated all season, and then with the league done and dusted they decided to rest Messi and lost to Levante of all clubs in the penultimate game.

If City don’t sign 2/3 quality defenders in the summer it’s gonna be the same again I think. They need to sign a quality left back who is gonna play 90 percent of games , they need to get Laporte fit and they need 2 sign 2 quality centre defenders and stop ******* about bringing the likes of Otamendi and Stones in for the odd game or playing Fernandinho at the back. Laporte has been a huge miss and he will be massive for them next season. They should sell Otamendi and Stones.

Would be a bit of a shame that to be honest, although a little bit funny aswell

Yep totally agree

I don't care to much for the PL but have shown an interest in Man City, basically for the reason their fans have suffered loads while their neighbours have swept all before them, coukd you imagine the torment City fans got at school & work on the Monday mornings, yet City fans stated loyal, I'm glad they've given it bit back & City fans can now go to work smiling

I actually don't think so. I expect them to win the Champions League and therefore rest players throughout April to do so.

yeah we could see the youngsters play towards the run in. Klopp certainly has trusted them in some important matches this season, although im not sure if he has seen the games he has used them in that important

In April they'll be playing games that mean nothing in the PL. I doubt he'd see going the season unbeaten as especially important TBH, if he has the chance to win back to back CLs and of course to do the PL/CL double, something only Man Utd have ever done before.

If they pull that off his Statue will be getting made. I think your right by the way, they are the best team left in the champions league. I can see them doing the double

Good job our resident Arsenal visitor isn’t on this new board. He’d be crying in anguish at this thead.

For the record I don’t think they will. They’ve not been over dominant in quite a few games this season and will have a bad day between now and May.

The season before Arsenal went unbeaten they lost one game which was away to Chelsea
Similar to Liverpool losing the one game last season & now unbeaten so far, they will equal Arsenal's achievement
