Wilders Watford Meltdown

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Favourite for the Hearts job next season 😄 . If only he knew when he was giving it Billy big b0llocks when asked about Burnley that he would soon end up in the SPL 😄. I really hope that happens as it should go some way to sorting out his massively over inflated ego.

Strange appointment really when you think about it. Like with the boro model you need a head coach who is hands on with the players. Wilder doesn't suit either clubs structure as he doesn't coach players, you are effectively getting Alan Knill being fronted by Wilder gobbling off in front of a camera with a bottle of peroni in hand. Maybe they key to Wilders revival would be ditching Knill and finding another coach who is happy to let him take all the credit for his work.

When asked about whether any manager can get the Watford job right he replied "Well 6 managers in 2 years haven't managed it".

He then said he's going to give the Chairman a summary at the end of the season. I'm sure the Watford fans will be happy to give you their own personal summary Chris. "You've been sh*t".

It’s the way he thinks he’s doing clubs a favour. It’s his job, he’s the employee. He’s deluded

Can imagine what he will say in his summary...

"Yeah you know I've done me best here but at the end of the day it's attitude ova abili'eh, and I see plenty of abili'eh here but not the right attitude.............oh, and the club could really do with signing a left footed centre half in the summer"

It must make him die a little inside each time he watches our "developmental players" hand out a battering to the opposition most weeks. We'd have been lucky to avoid a relegation scrap under that idiot with Hackney probably loaned out to Darlo.

That club sounds a bluddy mess - and to give him his due - he notes six Managers in two years...........cant be good.
Can it? He`s still a tool mind (n)

He was on a bit of a hiding to nothing with the Watford job, but he is in danger of losing his mojo. Boro are very much a team with talented individuals, whereas he couldn't get us playing as a team from the back end of last season to this. He probably has only one more opportunity of getting a decent management job or his career could be over. How quickly times change.

Definitely isn't but he knew what he was getting himself involved in.

Easy for him to shrug it off now and claim it's an impossible job but I get the feeling he will probably believe there was nothing he could have done differently to change the situation and is completely blameless.

Three points in the bag for Sunderland now when they play them in a couple of weeks unfortunately, can't see the Watford players trying too hard for Chris now

It’s hilarious he said that. You couldn’t write it
Makes you question if he really did know what he was walking into doesn't it?

But I find it hard to believe a man with a curriculum vitae like his wouldn't have known. Because that would imply his football acumen is actually a bit **** after all.

All very confusing to be honest.
