I haven’t mentioned a messageboardI'm not sure Gibson would sack Wilder, or Wilder would choose to leave, because of something written on an internet messageboard.

I'd say it wasn't baseless when you have national and well respected journalists writing about it. We are going round in circles on this thread, but do you honestly think journalists at that level get their stories from fan message boards or some sap on twitter? They have their sources and contacts, who will all be involved in the professional game.Well the fact a baseless rumour made up by someone who was bored at the end of last week, ends up in the press and will formulate questions due to that won’t influence Wilder at all
Come on…..
I'm afraid that's just not right mate....it is in no way the fans fault.....Personally if he’s off it’s because us the fans have made mountains out of mole hills. The drama from an internet rumour that someone made up is outstanding. This thread approaching 500 cos someone was bored haha
Irony alertAbsolute rubbish some people need a sense of perspective here.
No. Pretty sure that isn't the case. And I am not suggesting they read the forum either. Am sure they are far too busy. But yes, they might well look sometimes or they might well be told about it sometimes. It is in the public domain, it isn't private. Words have consequences. One poster may even be Steve Gibson, or maybe even Chris Wilder
I bloody hope they are aware of sentiments.No. Pretty sure that isn't the case. And I am not suggesting they read the forum either. Am sure they are far too busy. Yes they are. Once the fans turn completely on a manager, that's the managers time over.No body is ever driven out by the fans it’s a myth if he goes it’s down to him or Gibson no one else so don’t be blaming Diego etc
Yes at stadiums booing etc but not comments on a message board was my point.Yes they are. Once the fans turn completely on a manager, that's the managers time over.
That wasn’t the point being made though. The point was that comments on a message board my make him decide to walk away ( not be sacked etc).It all feeds in to the terraces. In the same way as chats down the pub do.
I’m not willing to say which one I amOne poster may even be Steve Gibson, or maybe even Chris Wilder
