He shouldnt be offended, if he's doing the right things his name will be linked to every job vacancy, apart from a number of top PL clubs, that becomes available, it is what it is

We're no bigger than Stoke, but for me as I stated earlier, we have one thing not many clubs, including Stoke, can boast about, a chairman who managers would walk over broken glass to work for, he's given CW everything he wants, its now up to CW to show to Gibbo how good he actually is, theres no truth in this story one bit

I understand your point completely, I'm talking less about the rumours themselves and more the questioning by fans like this after stating commitment to the club.
 
Denise Coates is worth about $12 billion and pays herself about half a billion quid each year. Bet365 won't be fiddling the odds on a trivial betting market. It's only FFP that stops them from buying promotion, should they be so minded. If they decide to go for it they'd be an attractive proposition for many managers.

TBH I know little or nothing about betting markets, other than odds shortening reflects nothing more than the bookies receiving large or significant bets on someone or something. I think. That’s probably wrong as well.

It was just a hunch. If I’m way off then I’m way off, I’m happy to be corrected.
 
Should be concentrating on getting us our first 3 points and nothing else. We are second bottom for crying out loud. And he’s been linked with Stoke. He’s Not exactly set the world alight this season, not a good start to the season so far is it

Yeah, I'm sure because a bookie has made him favorite for a job at stoke, all preparation for the next game has just stopped and he's said feck it I don't care, I'm favorite at bet 365.
