Wilder Best manager in the championship

Absolutely right. Looked a great appointment and there was optimism around the place. Even I felt positive and I’m a proper negative sod.

That’s what’s making this season so hard to swallow. I was expecting better for once.

I’m going back to being my old pessimist self. Never disappointed that way 👍🏼
Before the Chelsea game last season I was convinced we had a great manager and it was only a matter of time until we were promoted.

Something has gone wrong, one day it might come out but we have stopped pressing and running for Wilder for some reason.

I'm thinking about getting in touch with Nev and Max, I think we have been Catfished! 🤣

Yet people still slagged off Mogga who had a fantastic calander year record, unfortunately it was over 2 seasons

Wilder had a purple patch but we've been awful since the Chelsea game & lets be honest during his purple patch we took some beatings

I hope I am wrong but I get the feeling the players don't want him.
They are trying to be professional but if your heart is no longer in it.
He clearly has some gripe with our previous manager.
So perhaps that has something to do with it as many of the players seemed to perform better for Neil than they are now.
End of the day it's a results business and he is not achieving.

Whilst I can understand parting company I do worry what it will achieve frankly. Who next? Is it the long slippery slope that saw our neighbours Sunderland take to League 1. That does worry me if the next manager is underwhelming working with a squad not prepared to fight and show any character.

Gibson might be a bit weary of sacking wilder. Wilder probably won't hold back from exposing the incompetence behind the scenes once he's dismissed.

At least the sneering towards fans who were worried about our form a few weeks ago has stopped.
