However as 2 posters think I am weird, TeaCider and Diego, I have decided that my feelings are worth more than their aggro, so have reluctantly decided to call time on my board presence, They are the future and the knowledge, they clearly think they know better, they may arrogantly do, so I have decided that my age was an obstacle to my views so I accept my time and age means I am done on here and as such worthless. All the best, but Coluka is really, really done and for good.

I don't think you're weird at all.

I said you'd made a weird comment, and I stand by that.
Jumping in to a thread about Rangers winning a European semi-final and saying you don't give a **** about our Tav going to cheer on his brother on the biggest night of his career and asking when James Tavernier came to watch the Boro seemed unnecessary.

I apologise if you've taken it the wrong way, but it was absolutely not aimed at you as a person, it was aimed at the specific comment.

Your age has absolutely no relevance either, I don't even know how old you are.

Col does this every now and again. Some people know which buttons to press. I think you have to time out now and again. Some people can and do just drive you nuts.
I love 99.9% of Cols posts even though I don't agree with a fair few. He'll be back after a break.
 
You do think i am weird TeaCider, you said so. Diego liked your post and given the support i tried to give him when he was going through a really tough time on here was a bit of a kick in the teeth. HundredRoom seems to think I’ll be back, I Promise you I wont. coluka is dead.

I for one would like you to reconsider your decision and maybe just take some time away from the board. I am sure there are many others like me on the board that enjoy your contribution and sensible debate.

I know I have said before on threads that we are like a mini family, a network of support for each other and can usually pick up on how each other is feeling by the tone of their post. Over the numerous years I have wasted on here, you have always been one to offer support to others and I for one have appreciated it when times have been low.

There are certain posters on this board whose threads I just don't open and I have added another to this list this week (no one on this thread). People need to realise that we all have an opinion and that should be respected.

So with all that in mind, I would like to ask you again to reconsider your decision but if this is the end, then I would like to thank you for the contribution you have made to the FMTTM family, the support you have offered others and the warm hand you have held to those in need..

Good luck with whatever you decide and I hope this isn't goodbye.

Bit of an over reaction, you were the one who said you don’t give a **** about Tav watching his brother play for Rangers. It was a bit of a strange comment and wasn’t really necessary , you also have tried to talk down to me for the last couple of weeks using the fact you are older as a reason why you must be right. I really don’t think you should leave the board at all. I enjoy your posts on here, there is no arrogance from me at all If you re read the threads I’m sure you will agree.

I hope you reconsider @coluka. I know we had our differences early doors but I've come to respect you as a knowledgeable and principled poster. There are some prized idiots on this board but I wouldn't put those two lads in that category. I don't think I contributed to the thread in question but I hope it was simply a misunderstanding. I've felt the need to step away from the board in the past but I've been drawn back because of my love of the Boro and genuine affection for a number of posters I've never met and nor am I likely to. You fall into that category and I hope to see you back here again soon.

Yes I agree. He’s a good bloke and has helped me and many others on here. Truly hope he reconsiders and I do think he needs to accept some responsibility for the way he’s feeling right now as not once have I mentioned age in an argument which he has on several occasions.
 
@coluka Dont let a couple of posters spoil it. You come on here and in the main enjoy it. I know it sounds churlish to suggest it but do put these characters on ignore and you don’t have to read their arrogance anymore If it annoys you that much.

You have been around this Board a lot longer than them. Your views are always colourful and thought out. We all have differences but must always remind ourselves to treat others with respect however much we disagree. Sometimes some posters forget that.

I for one would miss your contributions anyway.

Col detailed statistical analysis of Diego/TeaCider joint posting frequency and post content style heavily suggests that another Nobby Barnes/Boro_Legend situation may have arisen.🤔🤭

I'm not a character, and what arrogance?

I called a single comment weird, not Coluka himself, and he's blown it all out of proportion saying I've had a "long held agenda" against him and tried to imply it's because he's older than me that I disagreed with his comment.

Before disagreeing about thinking Luton losing to Fulham was a good thing last week, I can't ever remember arguing with Coluka, so I'm finding this whole situation very confusing.
