My mate and I were on a lads weekend in Denver a couple of years ago, and after a few drinks decided to go record shopping. I bought about 20 or so records, including a Sugarcubes LP (Bjork's previous band).

Got them home and a couple of days later went to play it, only then did I realise I'd actually bought a Sugarbabe's record instead :confused::confused:

As long as it was the first album that's no bad thing.

When I was living in the South of France I got very drunk and woke up in Barcelona.

Went on a stag weekend in Edinburgh when I was 25, got slaughtered and hooked up with a girl.
Woke up the next morning with the worst hangover in the world. Rang a taxi to go back to the hotel we were staying in and £50 later I was there.
No idea to this day what town I ended up in that night but knew it cost me a lot of money.

Glasgow probably. I have a very good mate who is a black cab driver there who tells me it happens quite often. His best drunken pick up was pick up, drop off, then return. To Luton. Very drunk fella who wouldn't take no for an answer.

I've done the exact same thing, was drinking in the grass market and ended up in Kirkcaldy

I used to regularly go out drinking after work in London, get the last train home before falling asleep and waking up at the end of the line.

I've woken up multiple times in Peterborough (£100 in a taxi home) or Cambridge (£90). I bet the cab drivers up there love waiting for the last train and ferrying idiots like me home.

From a burger van near the town hall after a night out - cheeseburger with garlic sauce on it. Just a terrible combination.

Nope, it's not even an album - just a 12" single (Hole in the head, I think)

Not long after the taxi driver told us "I've never had two guys in this cab who smell of alcohol more than you guys" which in that state we thought was a massive compliment.

I blame drinking at altitude !

Hole in the Head is a great tune!

Hole in the Head is a great tune!

I think it's off the 2nd album, so ok, but not quite a Mutya Keisha and Siobhan classic.

Perhaps controversial - but I thought they improved massively when Heidi came on board.

One of my best mates bought a knackered scooter (motorised not kids) off eBay one night when very drunk and went and collected it a few days later.

I bought a windmill for the front garden. I remembered my childhood going into town on a bus and seeing a windmill outside a house on Marton Road.

As I loved that windmill, I commissioned my mates Dad to make a mini windmill. I was expecting a mini 12 inch windmill.

When it rocked up it was massive, mini golf windmill, that had met Honey I Shrunk the Kids.
