Whats for tea tonight?

We did our NYE meal cos I was dying then and couldn’t celebrate

Avocado Panazella
Aubergine Kofta
Baked Pineapple in a rum and miso sauce

Washed down with a 2012 Gigondas and 2001 Rioja

Yesterday was a beef stir fry today is a roast pork dinner with yorkies roast potatoes roast carrots and crackling 🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷
We've got the full roast pork Sunday lunch today but my son invited him and his partner (not that they need an invite) late yesterday and she doesn't like pork. The wife nipped out and got a chicken for her, so there will be the choice of two meats.

I am expecting a bit of bread dripping to be brought through very soon. 😜

I'm as glad I wasn't there as I suspect you are glad I wasn't there.:D

Actually, I've been drinking "gummy IPAs" recently.....never seen them before but a local brewery does them and the slightly sweet edge works well with the hoppy taste. I got a variety pack so I got to try all of them....all good, but very strong!

I missed this. On Saturday night I had left over sausage cassoulet with a baked potato and a black cherry Activia 0% fat yoghurt. I'd had a huge banoffee waffle at Kaspa's in Darlo earlier so didn't need a lot... ;)
