What would you class as a successful season under Warnock?

It depends on how reasonable people are I suppose. Preseason is more enjoyable when you have some optimism though (although that was impossible before last season)

I’m defo optimistic about the season with Warnock. I think we have a good chance of the playoffs with Warnock in charge.

No one is writing off the relegated teams, but usually only 1 returns at first attempt. There will be 1 returning this year or none.

I start every season thinking back to Big Jacks first season when a couple of signings and great management changed us from a nearly side into a team that smashed the league.... call me deluded but it makes me happy. Glass is always half full in my life , not half empty or too big...

Promotion would be a successful season.

We finished 17th Place, we have no right to finish 8th-12th some solid championship teams there.

The difference between 5th, 6th & 7th place is negligible..
it's where I think we belong but we've done nothing to show that is the case.

2nd-4th are next level and out of our league

1st are genuine league smashers they did it with some of our players, a great manager and some cracking signings.
Monk had the opportunity but wasn't good enough to make it happen. Seems like a different era now.. we're a million miles away from that. Completely different league.

13th - 16th - pfft, Warnock out!
8th -12th - marked improvement
5th - 7th - successful season
2nd - 4th - WOW
1st - nigh on impossible, water into wine territory
