4-0 at home to Portsmouth. I remember the ball coming to me in the crowd and throwing it back. Brilliant.

First game I can remember going to , on my own, was v Plymouth in 1963 - we won 5-0

I had been to a few games the previous season with my dad

The game where the floodlights went off ?

That was the one and of course the only thing I remember about it is those floodlights.
I remember the first game I took my son to. It was the FA Cup tie against Everton, the one we were winning for much of the game only to see Everton equalise in the dieing seconds.
A memorable game in its self made more memorable by the fact that he spent the whole of the game on my shoulders. He was only 8 and we were in the Holgate, at the back and it was the only way he could see. I was in agony.
