What vinyl have you bought recently / dusting off for a play?

Seems to be a few vinyl fans on fmttm...

I only have about 80 as only bought my turntable in September

Just picked up my favourite NIN album, bargain at £14 on Amazon

And yesterday I received a copy of Synthwave artist Kallax's album III which is really good. I have a soft spot for coloured vinyl, luckily most Synthwave artists use it so most of mine is but I known it's not for everyone

My setup is a Fluance RT-82. I originally bought a used pro-next turntable but it was a dud, made most of it back stripping it for parts though, so just bit the bullet and bought new

I output that through to a Lyngdorf TDAI-1120 stereo amp and a pair of focal aria 926 floorstanders and a BK monolith+ subwoofer.

Unfortunately my AV unit floats on the wall and my subwoofer is so sodding powerful that at really high volumes creates a load of feedback, so looking forward to redoing the lounge and having it on a floor mounted unit

Rega Planar 1
Cambridge Audio AXA35
Fyne F301

Just moved house though, and whereas the Fyne were fine in a smaller room they're lacking a bit in a bigger room. Might need to get some floor standing speakers at some point.

Been considering January releases (generally buy a couple a month if I can). Margo Price is high on the list, as is the new one by Slug.

That said, been getting back into CDs recently so neglected vinyl slightly. Picked up a Cambridge Audio CD player second hand when my wife threatened throwing out my collection :) That will need an upgrade at some point too (it's very noisy).

Just bought all 4 Weyes Blood albums.

Regular players here are Taylor Swift, George Michael, Harry Styles, Kacey Musgraves, Lindsey Stirling, Queen, Michael Jackson and loads of others.

Music just sounds better on vinyl.

Turntable set up is this:

Downsizing in a couple of years so 500+ vinyl albums will have to go. Playing them all and giving Changes One Bowie an outing.
If you've got the time, sign up to discogs and catalogue your collection. It'll take time with 500+ but you can see what similar grades are selling for and sell yourself minus their commission
