What sentence for you epitomises Neil Warnock?

I think he's very unhappy with things behind the scenes but he's too polite to publicly criticise because of his respect for Gibson. I believe there's more to this run of form than meets the eye.

Pure speculation of course - he’s been at pains to say how happy he has been and how much support he has been given. You seem to be suggesting he’s been privately hung out to dry.

As for the thread title, I can't think of anything about Warnock other than I still hold him in high regard for what he's achieved in the game. He kept us up, we showed promise for a short while which given us reason to persuade him to stay on. It just hasn't worked out as we all hoped. I think the game has simply outgrown him and the longer he is in the job here, we could find ourselves in a battle to stay up again.

I'd like to say thanks Neil, but it's time you moved on to let another guy come in now to work with Scott and sort this mess out. I am hoping this happens before we are well past the ten-game mark or it is going to be one miserable season.

I have suspicions about the signing of Payero. Something doesn't sit right with me about it. Could that be a thing Colin is narked with??? I do get the impression though somehow that he is unhappy with things behind the scenes. In that scenario, I would have thought he'd call it a day and walk.

Lose the next game I think he will go. Only my opinion. Perhaps something will change before that .. there are people saying all sorts on the boards but as we know many people are wind-ups, or full of **** who use them and message boards get full of all sorts to get ones' hopes up that a managerial change is imminent when we're suffering like we are right now.

Personally, I believe he will still be here for a few more games at least. The damage has already been done IMO so I wonder if Gibson is weighing it up whether to just see the season out with him then make a new appointment (providing NW doesn't walk) or make a change very soon.

I hope the latter, it will get more bums on seats for him but I just don't see it.
