What is wrong with people

Awful stuff. IMO it's the result of a toxic mix of social deprivation, austerity, them & us, a long term "no such thing as society" mentality and a media pouring out hatred, fear and intolerance 24 hours a day, every day. You name it. God knows what the answer is, but it's sure as hell not more of the same. We are in a very dark place.

Drugs, drink and people thinking they can do what they want. Attack the emergency services, minimum jail term applies. 10 years say.

A lot of the densley populated areas of England have had over a decade of of austerity, massive drug problems( what the backward humans on here call recreational) this has a profound effect on on our society and communities. Its just a bit of blow and charlie people who then revert back to moaning about their office and taxes have fkd it by funding the deterioration while pretending they havent. Most crime is caused by drug use or peddling. Its what we deem the good people who have caused it. Your mate Gove is a perfect example. A society of violent poor junkies with mental health problems. Lack of will and funding with 20k less police to tackle the problems. The thing is where have you been, why have you just noticed?

We all get it . I was hospitalised more times by malice and mischief rather than incidents in my 30 year fire service career . Its nothing new it's been the norm for decades.

There is always a motive behind any attack but I'm not sure what it could be.

Is it a drink/drug induced 'Keep your hands off him, leave him alone" type thing?

Or "I'm coming with him whether you say I can or not"

Or "No he's not going in an ambulance leave him here" or something like that.

Where is the personal responsibility - whether I’m well off or poor I’ve never attacked someone who has tried to help me. It’s just a kip out to blame everyone else!
Have you had a drug addiction,
have you ever been deprived,
Have you ever suffered from poverty.
Have you ever being diagnosed a mentally ill

until you walk a day in someone shoes you don’t know.

Nobody of sound mind rich or poor attacks or hurts people or becomes a nuisance because its a choice. Its because they are fck upstairs, depression fueled by drink and the onslaught of readily available drugs. legal or not. Have you ever bought drugs during a night out Fatcat?

Well there would have to simple not have any empathy. He asked a question, I gave him the answer. Depressives with a society driven drug problem.

Plenty of empathy to the victims here. It's completely understandable wanting the perpetrators of crime severely punished. Sadly, sending such people to prison changes nothing. As a society we need to refocus. I'm not any defender of Blair's war but I do remember his logo 'Tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime'. If we looked again at that, we might start getting somewhere.
