What does Sean Dyche put his hand over his mouth for when talking during matches?

Every bit of footage in that league could well be watched by analysts for opponent dossiers. It has probably been part of the media training too: avoid anyone skewing what you say by cutting and editing a clip.

If you see anyone below the top league doing it then just presume an inflated sense of self importance...
 
As above, I think it started in Spain where dialogues where being printed of what managers, coaches and players talking about. It could have saved John Terry a lot of hassle.
 
He does it to cause trouble for the opposition manager with the fourth official. He'll shout things like "black really isn't your colour mate" and then blames it on the manager.

That's why you often see the fourth official speaking to the opposition manager when they play Burnley.
