What Do You Want For Christmas?

My daughter SIL and Grandson over at Boxing day and stop for the week so we can give them their presents.
To to the match on my birthday if possible.

I've had issues with headphones for about twenty years now. In ear fall out. And then when I do find a pair that stay in, when I run the wire bounces up and down and dislodges them anyway.

So I've been looking at wrap around the ear, wireless/Bluetooth types.

The prices haven't half changed since I last bought a pair ( seinheisers for £20 in about 2002)

I have these AfterShokz UK | Professional Bone Conduction Headphones

A decent drill 😂 moving house and have a load of furniture to dismantle and rebuild.

A greenhouse for new garden.

Some wireless headphones so can go for a run without them falling out every two minutes.
Have a look at the Sony noise cancelling headphones, I have a pair that I used to use when travelling (obvs little used recently) sound quality is excellent and their noise cancelling is well reviewed.

Cheapest of the Sony range WH-CH700N

Not sure about running in them personally but these over ear types seem to be popular with joggers round these here parts.

Can’t think of anything I want. Happy as I am. Would love to see all my family. As long as I get to spend the day with my kids I’ll be happy. My Dad being able to get home from Spain would be the icing on the cake!

I would love to have a Christmas with my parents once again. I know that is impossible as they passed away years ago. But I would love to have a beer with my Dad, followed by my Mums Christmas lunch and enjoy their company one last time. Just like my memories from being a kid, wonderful times.
The same really, this is the second Christmas without them, although I have to say, even though the owld feller loved it, mam’s cooking was schyte 😳

just to be back in England with Familly, and the flights are booked.....

People to think of others, behave themselves, respect the dangers of covid and therefore avoid a third wave in late winter. Christmas’s come along every 12 months after all.

Sorry to be a grinch, but I think the Government have made a huge mistake sanctioning 5 days of potential hedonism where some people want it, and unfortunately I fear more homes than normal will go harder than usual.

Bah Humbug until the jab for us

I agree , huge risk for little gain . Not denouncing time Spent together as little but in the benefit / risk analysis , wholly Disproportionate
