What do you think Sammy Szmodics transfer fee will be.

Dolan on a free would be a good option , along with Ohare, would replace Mcgree and Forss with £10m + in the bank . ( love Mcgree and Forss but if they are going as rumours suggest them 2 would replace them , and they play every week.)
 
He's this year's Waghorn / woodrow/ Juke at brum or even our own Akpom. Every season the champo throws up a player who has a once in a lifetime season. He's turning 29 and his numbers have never suggested he'd score this many goals.

It looks amazing business by Blackburn. Yet I think I read he'd scored 5 last season in a promotion winning side last year. I doubt our fans would have been happy with his numbers had we'd signed him.

So at 29 and on the back of his best season ever it's hard to value him. I'd say 6-8 at best. Although I think that's on the high side based on previous seasons or more so resale value after a 3-4 year deal (he won't have one).

It's not like he's Adam Armstrong etc who has consistently done it. That said he's had some season. Blackburn would be down without him.
 
I have always liked the look of thyris dolan a wide left player with a bit of grit a bit like gary Hamilton. Think he could do a good job for us
