Wembley Travel Advice

If you're not comfortable with organising your own public transport route your best bet is getting one of the coaches that will be organised, if we get there.

Wembley isn't a good location for a national stadium.
I haven’t followed wrestling for a long time so forgive if I’m wrong, but I don’t think coaches will be organised to the wrestling from Middlesbrough.

Can we at least beat cov first

thanks
Needs talking about now, even if we don't get there, I know Sunderland fans are booking accommodation and travel just in case, if we leave it to we get there there will be no options, they will have gone . It's not tempting fate because from what I m reading most of us know we could go out over the next two games

The kick off is 16.45. It should be done by 18.45. Even with extra time and penalties it should be done by 19.30.

That's easily enough time to get back to Paddington for 21.00 easily if the game is done by 18.45 and still time if there's extra time etc.

To get easy access to Wembley I'd recommend staying somewhere near Hemel Hempstead. Get the train to Wembley Central. It's far easier to get away after the match if you aren't travelling back into London.

I'd suggest ...

KO 16:45 will be 16:50 earliest
1st half ends, after all the pi55ing about, 17:45
2nd half KO 18:05
2nd half ends, after all the pi55ing about, 19:00
10ish minutes of faffing about
1st period of ET KO 19:10
1st period of ET ends after all the pi55ing about 19:30
5 minutes of faffing about
2nd period of ET KO 19:35
2nd period of ET ends after all the pi55ing about 19:55
10 minutes of faffing about
Penalties start 20:10
Finish 20:20 and that's before the presentation and celebrations if we win

I may have gone a bit OTT but I'll bet my mortgage it'll finish way nearer 20:30 than 19:30 if it goes to penalties - absolutely no chance of a 21:00 train

Agree with the 1st bit unless there is a serious injury in the match and it needs time to resolve, the next bit is variable Extra time it could be over by 1930, but the penalties would add another 15 minutes, 1 min for each Pen( 10 pens min,) add 5 mins plus for sorting out takers, ends etc. If you win you can forget about getting out of the ground within at least half an hour of the end. Then depending who else is in the final, the ways of getting into central London through Wembley Park could be still backed up with supporters from that team and our own if we get there.. 2100 might be doable but not 2030. What we want if we get there is a normal time victory or Loss.
