Fantastic from RF again today, but, I'll be honest (as a former north stander who has emigrated to the South) I do miss some of the 'classic' chants, and often wish RF would give them the odd rendition. Not a negative whatsoever just a wish I guess!

Red Faction are brilliant and the best thing to happen to the Riverside. Let's not fall into the trap of thinking the North Stand was just as good. It never was.

The atmosphere for a long time had been poor the red faction 100% put life back into the stadium, can't fault them

There`s been just as many years without RF as there has with them at the Riverside

They were born from the North Stand and whilst the North may not be classed as the home end now by many, it most certainly was for a long long time

When the lion in the North roars it`ll give you chills.

The best thing about RF is that they have moved on from the dull, boring chants of the past. “Stand up if you love Boro” still makes me cringe to this day.

Lumley has done that a few times this season. Asks for support when he has conceded a goal. No other Boro goalkeeper has done that and it just winds the crowd up in my opinion.

I sit in the North and in fairness the North was leading the chants after we scored the winner.....a rousing rendition of, "we're the finest team in football"

Red Faction are brilliant through. It was brilliant to see a large group of them singing whilst walking up to the stadium with the drummer before the game.

The commentary (Reading based) described the atmosphere as "soporific" on more than one occasion, and that it was more like everyone was just having a chat about their week.
