Agree fully with the club in prioritising fan and plysafety by taking actions against those who place it at risk. (Pitch invasions etc

However we feel that on this occasion the punishment given was exemplary, rather than proportionate.

Whilst it is evident that Boro fans in the vast majority disapprove of such recklessness and dangerous behaviour, we feel that the point has been made and a shorter ban should be imposed.

Gotta take the rough with the smooth. Red faction have done more right than wrong and this should have been taken into consideration.

The club, its fans and ESPECIALLY so called fan groups should do everything in their power to look after fans, encourage fans and even offer them guidance where appropriate.

Demonising certain sections of fans and attempting to hound fans out of the club is disgraceful and needs to be seriously looked into.

I’m not saying they should get special treatment. But fmttm is seen as a fan group.. and I’ve seen it been less than supportive towards our supporters. Divisive even.

I don’t think they do think they can do what they want.. I believe that they had a meeting with the club and knocked the flares on the head after that.

I’ve suggested restorative justice may have been a more suitable response.
