We the undersigned (re punishment of flare lad)

I don’t need you to say anything, it was a statement not a question.

Nah, I’m good thanks. You probably wear your grandparents underwear anyway, and have already done the fapping part.

At least my zaniness is limited to the username and not this character I portray, but when someone questions your opinion you become defensive and aggressive, with the zaniness gone - leaving a spoilt little rat sat in his grandma’s under crackers.
Ah.. ok then

We don't know whether the individual had anything to do with rf08.
As for "they" [?] and circumventing "RF`s "tactics", you are inferring rf08 are actively promoting criminal acts.
That's a serious allegation, and not one to make without concrete evidence.
Come on, you have to be incredibly naive to think it was the actions outside of RF. They class themselves as an ultras group, pyro is part of the ultras package of supporting. The flare was let off during the 15th year celebrations and the age old tactic that ultras around the continent use is disguising themselves and using flags/surfers as cover. If you want to believe that some random unknown non RF person just came and happened to discharge a flare in the middle of RF's area then I applaud your extreme open mind.

If lighting pyro is a criminal act I am absolutely inferring that RF08 are promoting criminal acts. I dont suppose you have seen much of RF in them 15+ years but its not the first time pyro has been used. Its a risk ultras take, more so in this country. Theyre not stupid, they know what can come of it.

For the record I am 100% pro pyro at football and I have a good grasp of the ultras culture.

It's not about what I believe. It's about the facts.
You believe what you want.
Good afternoon.

Completely agree with everything in your post, apart from the highlighted bits.

I am 100% anti pyro at football. People can claim they create an atmosphere all they want. Not for me. I go to the football to watch the football, and as a bare minimum I expect that I (and more importantly my kids) can remain safe.

You want pyro? Go somewhere it’s legal. They are banned for a reason, that reason being they are ridiculously dangerous. They can easily cause life threatening injuries or fatalities. I don’t need some idiot threatening my family’s existence because they want to create an atmosphere, or celebrate a birthday.

And they are 100% stupid.

The chances of it not being someone who affiliates themselves with RF seems negligible.

The big questions is, did RF promote that this should be done and they would support and protect the person that lit the flare, or did someone go a bit rogue and do it of their own volition....and of course you have to define what RF is, is it the people that operate it, is it the membership, who decides what they do every game? Is it a formal membership, or can anyone 'join'

To be fair on Roofie.. you cannot just make an assumption and then call him naïve for not accepting your assumption.

Someone unknown to red faction may have wanted to join in or be part of it or make a statement for themselves.. they haven't used a marine flare before I don't think.. and folks outside of red faction have set of flares before also.

It can be very damaging to peoples lives if they are wrongly incriminated in something they have had no part of or that they haven't carried out. Just because what you see fits your narrative does not make your narrative true.

We saw what happened with the fan making a monkey gesture to a steward. The reaction on here was disgusting, not only to the person in question.. but fans stood near to her including children. I spoke out at the time and got absolutely hammered for it.. turns out she wasn't racist at all.. with rob apparently having to make a full apology to her and her family.

I didn't see anything on here or on the thread or from the many posters that wrongly chipped in with the very same.

100% pro pyro at football and I have a good grasp of the ultras culture.. but not necessary against criminalising football fans without evidence.

Must admit, as a spectacle I do like them ......but I can say this being in the North Stand well away from them. I know my daughter was in a concourse a couple of years back when a smoke "something" was set off, and as she has asthma had a bad time of it.

They are banned for a reason ie bloody dangerous so everyone must abide by these rules...... otherwise they are getting fined/banning order. No ifs or buts.

Remember Brucie said no darts so I had to leave my special "Eric Bristow" arrows in the house ☹️

Seems negligible.. to you.

So basically what you are saying.. is that you believe that to be true. You don't have any real evidence of it.. but it seems like that's what it is to you.. so your narrative wins over.

Cue... bizarre unrelated statements from folks with the same opinion and a barrage of insults.
