that's not really the point, he didn't get a look in at Spurs, he made one sub appearance in the UEFA Cup, that's his entire contribution to Spurs and barely worth mentioning.He started his playing career at spurs…

This is one of the problems with a world obsessed with PR over honesty. Spurs are high profile so are mentioned, we are not, so ignored despite him playing about 5 hours football for Boro for every 1 minute he played for Spurs.

These articles usually mention where it all started then pick the more important clubs. Storm in a tea cup. Fans who are bothered by it tend to have chips on their shoulders about a lot of things (although I don’t feel you fall under that category, I think you just see it differently)
