Watmore better than Sporar or Connolly

Apart from the goal Sporar was very poor again today and Connolly was even worse. We will struggle to make the play offs if these two remain first choice.

Dont get the love in for Sporar his all round game is very poor.

Firstly your off the mark with sporar
Ever considered that he’s got a new partner suddenly In Connolly who doesn’t appear to do anything really well, can’t score (to buy himself some time) can’t hold it up, no good in the air, isn’t lightning quick; what does he have in his box of tricks ?

Sporar has had to try and get used to Connolly and his game (which isn’t very good) and I think that affects a players own game….
All the while, sporar goes and gets the winner in an incredibly important game

I think Wilder said a while back that they really need to look after Dunc's knees. I do think that he influences the game when he comes on late in the second half and might be best used against tiring defenders. It looks to me like Balogun is a much better fit with Sporar and I would hope to see him starting games as he would be creating chances and putting defenders under a lot of pressure from the off .... they'd have to play deeper and he'll draw fouls in dangerous areas. His highlight reel suggests that he's pretty darned good at picking his spot when shooting as well. I'd love to see him take free kicks on the edge of the box. Connolly needs a bit of time ... he's probably putting himself under too much pressure.
