Watford pubs and parking

Just posting so can follow replies as also driving down. 👍🏻

Heard the Moon Under Water is a usual away pub. It's a wetherspoons
 
I always use this for parking and has generally been pretty good

Gade (Rosslyn road) is as good as anywhere to park, and depending on which way you come into Watford, you don't get tied up on the ring road getting in or out of it.

You are then handy for the bars and pubs on the high street and then head down market street towards the ground.
 
I took my son and grandson last year and we parked at Chater junior school on Addiscombe road. It's walking distance to the ground. We found it by accident, really, and it was a bit steep at a tenner.Mind you the 2 lads who took the money might have hiked the price cos we were Boro.
