Yeah, tell the Red Faction that, bizarrely they still keep chanting his name, strange one.Warnocks always said once the fans turn he gets fed up so if we push hard enough he might do one

The only bit I disagree with is, I think we have a decent squad, a much better squad than Warnock and co. are used to dealing with, they are literally, technically out of their depth.I'd like a manager who takes ownership of the situation, it's nearly as bad as when Pulis presented himself as doing some high level review, rather than actually being directly responsible for the results
Yes, the squad isn't great, but it's capable of better than we're doing.
This is the championship. Most squads are a bit of a mix of quality, Warnock needs to be finding a system that works and drilling in some belief and intensity. If he's not capable of working with what he's got then he needs to walk away.
Not that strange in my opinionYeah, tell the Red Faction that, bizarrely they still keep chanting his name, strange one.
Yes but it is sending out the wrong message, I am not saying chant anti Warnock chants but just not supportive ones. Not that strange in my opinion
In the stands I`m fully behind the team and that will include the manager
Away from it I can be critical to the point where I want a change
Don`t get me wrong though, even though I`m fully supportive in the stands, I still hang my head in disbelief when things go awry, but I`m up again in an instant trying to get them back in to the game the only real way I can
He has adapted the style of play even from last season when we more organised but played less football.
The manager can only do so much with the players he's got. Imagine how successful karanka would have been for us if he had no leadbitter or Clayton as holding midfielders but howson and mcnair or howson and jls as his only holding options. It wouldn't have worked. He can't turn water into wine and turn a 32 year old Johnny howson into a defensive mid that's never been his game and we have no other options there. So the question has to then be asked why was no replacement for morsey or even Saville signed. I don't believe for an instant he would have said its OK Steve Johnny can play there all season by himself we don't need anybody. The players we have signed on the whole I am extremely positive about but the recruitment team dropped an almighty ******* by not replacing morsey and loaning spence
Or we play to our stengths and utilise the players weve got. Instead hes playing favourites like Howson. Doesnt matter where he plays, hes a liability. Problem isnt not having a holding midfielder, its not having a game plan any better than boot it and flood the midfield. He has adapted the style of play even from last season when we more organised but played less football.

I hear yaYes but it is sending out the wrong message, I am not saying chant anti Warnock chants but just not supportive ones.
That's precisely the problem. We haven't got a single midfielder capable of doing the dirty work, scrapping, getting a foot in and breaking down opposition moves. This the Champo, you've got to have a bit of bite, we've got none.............. Problem isnt not having a holding midfielder.............
Jamie McGrath was decent today v AberdeenI think Warnock would rather have had:
Pelly Ruddock over Payero
Jamie McGrath over JLS
Ciaron Brown over Coulson
Kean Bryan over Spence
Not sure who he wanted over Sporar., but I bet we missed out when we were chasing Muniz.
Spence & Coulson over Peltier & BambaJamie McGrath was decent today v Aberdeen
Warnock has built this squad, he can't complain, we could all see the missing links as it was happening, Coulson and Spence going out without being replaced was criminal.
Payero and Siliki are not improvements on Morsy and Saville as yet,and expecting young lads to adapt to a new league instantly was a huge risk, Howson can't do the role any better than them, so the weakness was there and not plugged.
We wanted the Luton lad, so should have had an alternative similar player lined up when he stayed with them.
Bamba and Peltier should not have been signed, they are too old.
Olusanya looks like a national league player, out of his depth .
Not signing a left back / LCH was criminal, the gap was there needing to be filled.
Playing left footed Tav at right back, and right footed Peltier at left back is down right bad management from Warnock and his assistants.
Excuses are looking very very thin from NW, we are a squad going through the motions, with no leaders on or off the pitch.
NW said we lacked leaders last season, but he didn't sign any , although he did sign 12 players, so why did he not prioritise a captain and leader?
Leaders / Captains are the 1st name on a team sheet , Bamba and Peltier were that years ago , but due to age , neither can play every week , or can realistically justify being picked as starters, so neither fit the bill .Spence & Coulson over Peltier & Bamba
Morsy & Saville over Payero & Siliki
should we not be seeing more leadership from the likes of Bamba and Peltier?
Olusanya looks like he was brought in to cover for the loss of Ameobi.. Jones looks like he's taken up that role quite well and we have Browne still to come back.
the lack of a back up to Bola is extremely alarming, but shouldn't be the reason we see our entire season collapse.
Payero, Silik & Sporar will take time to adapt and get upto speed.. is it a bridge to far? are we seeing the same happen as when Young was replaced by Hoyte? it's far to early to tell imo.
McGrath wasn’t the one sent away on deadline day. He was on international duty and Alan Nixon confirmed it was a different player he was on aboutI've heard whispers of folks behind the scenes being critical of our lack of movement relating to the Mpanzu deal. Same with McGrath being sent home on deadline day. Was Warnock annoyed with the resources that were used to bring in Payero... I believe he was critical of the time spent on Muniz meaning we missed out on someone else.. but at the same time it was warnock who didn't want us to move for him in January when we had the chance.
What was the deal with Ciaron Brown? Mick McCarthy said we weren't getting him for how much we'd offered. Similar with Kean Bryan perhaps?
I don't believe Warnock is having the final say in who comes in or gets sold.He is the manager and had ample opportunity to address these positions and others that needed filling.
He didn't sign them the recruitment team did. There's no way in the world untried Payero and Siliki were Warnocks choices I am sure he would preferred morsey and Saville to stay over those two.Jamie McGrath was decent today v Aberdeen

No good having leaders in the stand watching , you need them fighting the battles on the pitch , and bollocking anyone not doing their job .
Leadbitter , Mogga , Robson , Mustoe ,- leaders .
Did we find out who it was?
Yeah…..nowt to do with Gibson not giving them both some decent funds.Sounds as bad as Mowbray's "it is what it is" quote years ago.
