Voting open for Boro's Player of the Season.

Howson. Been excellent most games and a great servant. No one else been as consistently influential. Dieng, VdB. Jones all been decent too.
 
Howson. Been consistent, played loads of Christmas and filled in at centre back.
 
Seny Dieng easy for me.

That spell with Glover in the team has cost us a top 6 spot.

We look a different team with a competent goalkeeper to give the defence confidence.

Quality signing and hope we can keep hold of him.

There's only 2 players who have made 30 starts in the Championship for us. Howson and Dieng

Then another 5 who have 25+ starts. Barlaser, Jones, Engel, Fry and VDB

I would probably vote for Howson but there's not a clear stand out player like most seasons. You can pretty much narrow it down to 4 players in my opinion.

Had fry really started 25 games this season? That is a surprise.
 
I would go lath, howson then Dieng.

Had lath not been injured he would be a shoe in.

I am ignoring VDB he'll get ypoty but I am not sure he should win poty, others have contributed more.
 
If Fry started 4 or 5 less and Dieng played instead of Glover in that period we would be in the play offs.

Small margins.
