What can you say about that video, open, transparent, honest, just a brilliant use of social media and a fantastic way of engaging with one of your key stakeholders (the fans!), in the process taking the sting out of a potentially difficult situation.
Would be nice to see this sort of thing from the Boro occasionally when major decisions or changes in approach/direction have been made. For instance the thinking behind this whole Director of Football approach is ripe for something like this once everything is confirmed.
