He'd be good for any of Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea or Utd. There's really only City that have a better striker than him. Might not fit in with Liverpool's style, not under Klopp anyway but I don't know enough about the difference with Slot to know whether he'd suit them. Spurs would be a good fit as well but they've just spent big on Solanke.
Not sure exactly what's gone on with Osimhen. Napoli paid too much for him so needed a big sale to make a profit. They agreed deals in the summer but then he wanted too much money. He had a poor season last year. Might be seen as an attitude problem and too big of a risk. He's never played more than 27 games in a season and scored more than 20 goals in a season only once.
