Do your research. The bigger companies do cost more, but you need to know what the smaller firms fleet sizes are like.I am paying £80 + to the AA for less service than that! Time to change
Looks like your car has to be less than 5 years old to get that price...Just had my reminder from Start Rescue - £25 for a year for their level 3 service - roadside, home start and vehicle, driver and passengers transport home in the UK. It was £40 last year for the same service.
Prices seem to have significantly fallen by all providers.

I used to do this with Barclays but when I looked at the terms it was for limited call-outs which can be fine for most people, could end up being riskyI pay £20 through my bank account (includes phone insurance and various travel insurances as well). I've only used it once so far but was mich quicker than when I previously used AA.
